Joint re-sanding (block paving)
Once block paving is completely dry, we sweep fresh kiln-dried sand back into the joints to lock the blocks firmly in place and prevent structural movement.

01How do I get a quote?

03Are you trained and insured?
Yes. Our team is fully trained, fully insured and fully uniformed, and trained in safe, compliant chemical softwash treatments.
04Will softwashing damage my render, brickwork or roof?
No. Softwashing uses low-pressure spray gear at standard hose pressure (under 100 PSI) with specialist cleaning solutions, so it is safe for render, weathered brick, slate, tiles and painted timber where high pressure would cause damage.
05Why does my wall or roof not look perfect straight after a softwash?
Green algae and surface film disappear almost instantly, but heavily embedded lichen, black spot and deep-seated spores break down gradually. Our HSE-registered biocide keeps working, and rainfall reactivates it over the following weeks and months, so surfaces keep getting cleaner and brighter.
06How long will the results last?
Every roof and softwash service finishes with a government-registered biocide that kills spores at the root and helps prevent regrowth. Our softwash and biocide cycle keeps surfaces clean up to three to five times longer than traditional pressure washing.
07Is it safe for my garden and plants?
Yes. Before any treatment, lawns, beds and sensitive plants are soaked with clean water and shielded, and we finish every job with a full clean-down of paths, walls and windows.
08Do you re-sand block paving after cleaning?
Yes. Once the paving is completely dry, we sweep fresh kiln-dried sand back into the joints to lock the blocks in place and help prevent movement.
09Can you seal or restore my driveway after cleaning?
Yes. We offer protective sealing for block paving, natural stone and concrete, resin repointing for patios, and tarmac restoring and recolouring to bring faded tarmac back to a deep black finish.
10Do you clean gutters inside and out?
Yes. We clear the inside of the gutters and downpipes, then softwash the outside of gutters, fascias, soffits and bargeboards, and finish with a water-flow test.
